Fair Oaks EcoHousing This is a new cohousing community forming in Fair Oaks (near Sacramento) being guided by the same architects (Chuck Durrett and Katie McCamant) that designed and built La Querencia. Get in on the ground floor!

Our Common House is partially built with lumber reclaimed from the former Oakland Army Base at the Port of Oakland, CA. This incredibly detailed report describes the salvage effort.
