On-Site Drop In Hours

Come to our lovely common house for an open house to find out about Cohousing and La Querencia!
Stop by any Sunday between 1PM and 3PM. We have lots of information there about the project, including videos, a Power Point presentation with lots of pictures, floor plans, etc. And we can show you our lovely common facilities and walk you around some of the homes. This is a great way to quickly get all your questions answered. Please come and chat with us for as long as you want. It's up to you. Just look for the sign at the front of the property on Alluvial between Willow and Chestnut, on the north side of the street.

Site Tours

Join us as we visit our new home! The last of our regularly-scheduled site visits give us a chance to see how construction is progressing on the project. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign release paperwork.
SAFETY FIRST! Wear closed-toed shoes. Everyone must be escorted at all times. If you arrive late, wait to get accompanied onto the site.

Labor Day Pool Party and Potluck
Our annual Labor Day Pool Party will be held for the first time (drum roll, please) at our beautiful new common house. Monday September 1st at 3:00 PM at Fresno Cohousing. Please call to let us know you're coming.

US Green Building Council Dinner & Lecture
Join us to hear our architect, Chuck Durrett, speak to the Central California chapter of the US Green Building Council. He'll tell us why Cohousing is the greenest way to live! $10 per person. All are welcome. Tuesday September 2nd at 6:00 PM in the Common House at Fresno Cohousing.

Grand Opening!
Please join us to officially open La Querencia Fresno Cohousing. Our members should all be moved in by this date. Our Common House and grounds will be open. Come visit our beautiful new neighborhood and meet our wonderful community members. Sunday October 5th in the Common House at Fresno Cohousing. Hold the date, more details to come!

You are welcome to attend our regular monthly business meeting on Thursday, August 28 at 6:30 PM in the Common House at Fresno Cohousing.

If you will need child care or supervised children's activities at a business meeting, please call 866-246-7717 and leave a message, with your name and contact number, and the number and ages of the children at least three (3) days ahead of that meeting.

If you would like to set up a meeting at a time and place convenient for you, to talk with one or more of our members and learn more about Fresno Cohousing, we will be happy to meet with you. Just let us know.
